Bird of Paradise
(1932)
After A native girl falls in love with a visitor to her
island she is chosen to be sacrificed to a volcano god.
This movie was made in pre-code Hollywood which allows
the actors to be more scantily clad then in later years,
and it allows the leading character (Joel McCrea) to be
involved with a non-white native girl (Delores del Rio)
which was not allowed after the Hollywood code was instituted.
