Creole Macaroni Salad

The unique ingredients in this macaroni salad are fresh chopped tomatoes, sliced green olives, cheddar cheese, and cayenne pepper.

Salad Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cooked macaroni, rinsed and drained well
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • Lettuce Leaves

    Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of grated onion
  • 1 small clove of garlic, finely minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
