USS Bowfin Submarine Tour
Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii

The USS Bowfin Submarine (SS287) launched on December 7, in 1942, one year to the day after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. World War II the USS Bowfin was nicknamed the "Pear Harbor Avenger". The submarine is now part of a memorial park in Pearl Harbor, which includes a 10,000 square foot indoor museum, an outdoor museum featuring missiles and other weapons, and tours of the submarine itself.

The USS Bowfin Submarine Tour Museum is located next to the USS Arizona Memorial Tour and Museum. The Bowfin Submarine Museum includes an outdoor area, a 10,000 square foot indoor museum, and a memorial honoring submarine crew members killed in battle. There is an entrance fee for the museum and for the submarine tour.

The USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park is located at 11 Arizona Memorial Drive in Pearl Harbor. It is owned by the Pacific Fleet Submarine Memorial Association. In 1986 it was designated National Historic Landmark by the United States Department of the Interior.
