Honolulu Movie Theaters

Dole Cannery Stadium 18 Theater Complex
This 18-screen movie theater at the Dole Cannery Center in Honolulu has all stadium seating. One of the theaters in this complex features Hawaii's first commercial digital movie projection system. Doris Duke Theatre
This single-screen 300 seat theater at the Honolulu Academy of Arts shows art films, foreign films, documentaries, and independent studio films. Also hosts small film festivals. (900 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, phone: 808-532-8700)

Movie Museum

Restaurant Row 9 Movie Theater Complex (bargain prices)
The entrance fee is only $1.00 at this 9-screen movie theater complex near Honolulu's restaurant row. At one time this complex featured art, foreign, and independent films but now it features bargain priced second run films. A Wallace Theater. Ward Stadium 16 Movie Theater Complex
This state-of-the-art 16 screen theater complex with stadium seating is located near the waterfront in downtown Honolulu between between Ala Moana Park and the Kewalo Basin and betweenthe Ward Centre and Ward Warehouse Shopping Centers. Southeast Oahu Movie Theaters

Kahala 8 Movie Theater Complex
This 8-screen movie theater complex has a total of 1922 seats and it is located east of Honolulu in the Kahala Mall. It was opened by Consolidated Theatres in 1990. (Kahala Mall, 4211 Waialae Avenue,Honolulu, Hawaii 96816. Phone: 808-593-3000)

Koko Marina Theater
This 8 screen theater complex in the Koko Marina Center opened in 1985 with only 2 screens. The theater was completely rebuilt in 2000 and turned into an 8 screen complex with stadium seating. Windward Oahu Movie Theaters

Keolu Center Cinema 4
This 4-screen theater complex in Kailua opened in the 1990's in the same shopping center as the now closed Enchanted Lakes Cinemas. A Wallace Theater. (1090 Keolu Drive, Kailua, Hawaii 96734. Phone: 808-263-4171)

Koolau Stadium 10
This 10-screen Consolidated Theatres complex is located in the Koolau Shopping Center in Kaneohe. (47-260 Hui Iwa Street, Koolau Shopping Center, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744. Phone: 808-593-3000)

Laie Cinemas
This 2-screen theater complex is located in the town Laie, on the windward coast of Oahu, near the Polynesian Cultural Center. A Wallace Theater. (55-510 Kamehameha Highway, Laie, Hawaii 96792. Phone: 808-293-7516)

Windward Stadium 10

West and Central Oahu Movie Theaters



Kapolei 16

Mililani Stadium 14
This 14 screen movie theater is located in Mililani Town in Central Oahu. Operated by Consolidated Theatres. (95-1249 Meheula Parkway, Mililani, Hawaii 96789. Phone: 808-593-3000)

Mililani Pacific Theatre

Pearl Highlands Stadium 12
This 12 screen movie theater in Pearl City is located on the top floor of the Pearl Highlands Center. Originally operated by Signature, now operated by Regal Cinemas (1000 Kamehameha Highway, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. Phone: 808-455-8890).

Pearlridge West 16
The Pearlridge Theater originally opened in 1990 with 12 screens and four more screens were added for a total of 16 screens in 2000. Located in the Pearlridge West Shopping center in Aiea. Four of the theater's sixteen screens have stadium seating. A Consolidated Theatres complex. (98-1005 Moanalua Road, Aiea, Hawaii 96701, Phone: 808-593-3000)

Sharkey Movie Theater (bargain prices)
The Sharkey Theater opened in the early 1920's in building 628 at the Pearl Harbor Naval Station. Located at Nimitz Highway and Moore Streets. Free admission to active members of the armed forces.
