Honolulu has all stadium seating. One of the theaters in this complex features
Hawaii's first commercial digital movie projection system.

The entrance fee is only $1.00 at this 9-screen movie theater
complex near Honolulu's restaurant row. At one time this complex
featured art, foreign, and independent films but

by Consolidated Theatres in 1990.

Koko Marina Theater
This 8 screen theater complex in the Koko Marina Center
opened in 1985 with only 2 screens. The theater was
completely rebuilt in 2000 and turned into an 8 screen complex
with stadium seating. Located on the southeast coast of Oahu
between Honolulu and Hanauma Bay.

Pearlridge West 16
The Pearlridge Theater originally opened in 1990 with
12 screens and four more screens were added for a total
of 16 screens in 2000. Located in the Pearlridge

Sharkey Movie Theater

The Sharkey Theater opened in the early 1920's
in building 628 at the Pearl Harbor
Naval Station. Located at Nimitz Highway and Moore Streets.
Free admission to active members of the armed forces.
