Kaaawa is a coastal small town on the windward side of Oahu,
in the district of Koolauloa, which also includes
the communities of Punaluu, Hauula, Laie, and Kahuku.
It is located just north of Kaneohe Bay and south of
Kahana Bay.It is fronted
by a lovely crescent shaped beach and a broad reef.
The Kaaawa Valley is part of the
Kualoa Ranch, which is used for adventure tourism
activities and movie sets.
As of 2000, approximately 1320 people lived in Kaaawa. Note
that each vowel is pronounced separately in the name of
the town, like this: Ka'a'awa.
Kaaawa Beach Park

but beautiful crescent shaped beach in the
heart of Kaaawa.
Swanzy Beach Park
There is not much of a beach at Swanzy Beach Park,
but it is still a very nice park with grassy areas,
a children's playground, and a campground. It is
also a good place for fishing.

Kualoa Ranch and Activity Club
A family owned ranch offering horseback rides,
all terrain vehicle rides, kayak tours,
and a tour of the movie sets for Jurrasic Park,
Mighty Joe Young, Pearl Harbor, and Windtalkers.

A 2500 square foot vacation home in a secluded area
near Kualoa ranch on the island of Oahu.
House has a master bedroom with a queen size
bed and two more bedrooms, with two twin
beds each. Full kitchen, washer and dryer,
television, VCR, DVD player, and 600 square
feet of deck.
