winners, selected by public vote, were
announced in February of 2007 and the awards
ceremony was held in March of 2007.

The 10th Hawaii Music Awards were people's choice
awards given to the best music recordings and
artists of 2006. The winners were selected by
public online vote in January and February of 2007.
The winners were announced immediately at the end
of the voting period and the awards ceremony was
held at Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort on March 23, 2007.
There was also a Legacy Awards Dinnner March 21, 2007
at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, a nominee cocktail party
at the Willows Restaurant on March 22, 2007, and
a "Brown Bags to Stardom" concert in the Blaisdell
Arena on March 24, 2007.
