Kiowea Beach Park
Molokai, Hawaii

Information about Kiowea Beach Park, near the town of Kaunakakai, on the south shore of th island of Molokai in Hawaii.

Kiowea Beach Park is a narrow beach on the south side of Molokai, between the towns of Kaunakakai and Kalamalua, near the famous Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove. The ocean bottom is muddy in this area, so it is not a great beach for swimming, but it's a nice spot for a barbeque, sunset gazing, or a picnic, and a great place to view the Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove.

Kiowea Beach Park is located just east of the Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove and between that grove and the Kaunakakai Wharf. If you drive west out of Kaunakakau on highway 460, the beach will be on your left, about a mile out of town.
