Maui Swimming Events
Maui Channel Swim
An annual team relay race across the 9.5 mile
Au Au Channel that runs between Lanai and Maui.
There are six swimmers per team. At the beginning
of the race each team member swims a half hour leg,
and after that, each swimmer does a 10 minute leg
until the team has crossed the channel..
King's Trail Triathlon
This annual triathlon on Maui includes
a 1.5 kilometer swimming event, a
40 kilometer cycling event, and a 10 kilometer
running event.

Maui Swimming Clubs
Valley Isle Master Swimmers
This Maui swimming club is a branch of the
United States Masters Swimming organization
and they organize workout sessions, swimming competitions,
clinics, and workshops for adults age 18 and over.
Maui Masters Swim Club
This Maui swimming club is open to adults age 19 and older
who can swim at least 50 meters without stopping.
Members include both fitness swimmers and swimmers
who aggressively compete in swimming and triathlon
events.
Maui Multi Sports Club
The members of this sports club on the island of Maui
organize, train for, and participate in multi-sport events.
Events typically include two or more of the following events:
running, swimming, cycling, paddling, and surfing.
