The Kanaha Pond Wildlife Sanctuary is located near Kanaha Beach Park on the north shore of Maui. It is a breeding area for endangered Hawaiian birds, including as the Hawaiian Duck, the Coot, the Stilt. The pond is sometimes filled with Canadian geese during the winter. There is a public viewing area and a small parking area on the Kahului side of the pond.
