Kaanapali Condominiums
Condominiums in Kaanapali, a modern, resort development
on the west coast of the island of Maui in Hawaii.
Kaanapali is located a few miles north of the old
whaling town of Lahaina.
Kaleialoha Condominiums

105 Condominiums in 15 three-story buildings
on the fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course.
Units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Amenities on the grounds include a swimming pool,
Jacuzzi, sauna, and two lighted tennis courts.
Kaanapali Shores
This beach side condominium complex on Lower Honoapiilani Road
in Kaanapali has hotel rooms, studio apartments, and one and
two bedroom condominium units. All units except hotel rooms have
complete kitchens. Average size of hotel rooms is 150 square feet,
studios average 600 square feet, and one and two bedroom apartments
are 900 to 1200 square feet. On the grounds there is a restaurant,
a swimming pool, and three tennis courts.
Mahana at Kaanapali
This oceanfront high-rise condominium features floor to ceiling
windows, full kitchens, an oceanfront swimming pool, and two
lighted tennis courts. Units include studio, one bedroom,
and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens, lanais,
and king or queen size beds. Average studio size is 540 square
feet and one and two bedroom units are 940 to 1420 square feet.
Maui Eldorado
Low-rise condominium complex with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom
units located along side the 4th and 6th fairways of the
Kaanapali North Gold Course, about a five minute walk from
Kaanapali beach. There are three swimming pools and shuffleboard courts
on the grounds.
Maui Kaanapali Villas
This beachfront condominium has hotel rooms, studio apartments,
and one or two bedroom suites with king or queen size
beds. Studios and condo units have lanais and complete kitchens.
Set on 11 acres of landscaped grounds with three swimming pools
Paki Maui
An oceanfront, low-rise condominium located near the Kaanapali resort
area. Accommodations are in studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom
units with lanais and full kitchens. Studios are approximately
530 square feet and one and two bedroom units average 640 to 950
square feet. There is a swimming pool and a whirlpool on the grounds
and a sandy beach near the property.
Papakea Resort
Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units
on 13 oceanfront acres with koi ponds and
lush landscaping. All units have kitchens
and lanais. Accommodations range in size
from 450 to 860 square feet.
Whaler on Kaanapali Beach
Large studio, one bedroom two bedroom beachfront condominiums with
private lanais and full kitchens. Units range in size from
640 to 1950 square feet.
