History of Lanai
Information about parks on the island
of Lanai in Hawaii.
Dole Park
This large grassy park shaded by
Norfolk Pines and Cook Island Pines
is located in the center of Lanai City.
Lanai Community Center
This community center on 8th Street
in Lanai City has a building with a meeting room,
kitchenette, restrooms, and portable stage platforms.
On the grounds there is a picnic table and
a sandy playground area for kids.
Lanai Gymnasium and Tennis Courts
This gymnasium on Frasier Avenue
has a weight room, a basketball court,
bleachers, locker rooms, a kitchenette,
and a youth center. On the grounds there
are nine picnic tables, two tennis courts,
public restrooms, and water fountains.
Lanai Little League Field
This little league field is located on Frasier
Avenue behind the Lanai Gym.
The field has an announcer's booth, dugouts,
a scoreboard, and four sets of bleachers.
Lanai Park: Tennis and Basketall
This park on Fifth Street has
three tennis courts, two basketball courts,
and a children's playground.
Lanai Softball Field
This softball field is located on Frasier Avenue
behind the Lanai Gym. It has a scoreboard,
dugouts with drinking fountains, four sets of bleachers,
and a children's playgorund nearby. The
field has lights for night games.
