Town of Lanai City
Information about the town of Lanai City on the island
of Lanai in Hawaii.
Lanai City is in the center of the island of Lanai,
at an elevation of approximately 1650 feet.
It was built as a plantation town in 1924 and it
is the only town on the island. Lanai City
looks much as it did during the plantation era.
Hotel Lanai
A hotel built in Lanai City in 1923 by James Dole, as lodging
for Dole Plantation executives. Hotel has eleven
guest rooms and Henry Clay's Rotiserie Restaurant
(has it been renamed the "Chef's Signature" restaurant?

This Lanai Ctiy B&B has three rooms that can
be rented separately, and visitors can also rent
the entire house, which has three
bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a full kitchen.
