Zipline Tours on Kauai

Most of Hawaii's zipline tour operators are located on the rural island Kauai, the most northern of Hawaii's eight largest islands. Some of Kauai's zipline tours are multi-sport adventures that combine zipline riding with activities such as kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and jeep tours.

The Just Live zipline and eco-tour company is located about three miles west of Lihue on a five acre forested area bordered by Grove Farm and the Halenanaho Reservoir. Tours last about 3 hours and some are more challenging then others. Their most challenging tour includes a 300 foot zipline, a 400 foot zipline, a 60 foot rock climbing wall, a 50 foot rope bridge, a balance log, and a 70 foot walk on a cable strung between trees. Three hour nighttime tours are offered three days a month, on the night of the full moon and the nights before and after.

Kauai Backcountry Adventures Zipline Tours
Kauai Backcountry Adventures offers a tour that includes a series of seven ziplines stretched high above forests and valleys. Their zipline tour includes a narrated scenic ride in a four wheel drive vehicle to the zipline course, soaring down a mountainside on a series of zip lines, swimming in a natural pool, and lunch.

Outfitters Kauai Zipline Tours
The the Kipu Falls Zipline Safari offered by Outfitters Kauai is a seven hour all-day trip that includes a 60 to 90 minute kayaking trip on the Huleia River, a tour of Kipu Ranch in a tractor-drawn farm wagon, several short hiking tours that total about two miles, and a 275 foot zipline run. Next the tour continues to Kipu Falls where swimmers can swing from ropes and drop into the water. The tour ends with a ride back up the Huleia River in a motorized canoe. A deli lunch is included in the price.

Princeville Ranch Zipline Tours
