Kokee State Park
Kauai, Hawaii

Information about Kokee State Park on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.

Kokee State Park is a 4350 acre wilderness park adjacent to Waimea Canyon State Park on the west side of Kauai. The park has a 4000 foot high viewpoint over the Kalalau Valley and it is a popular spot for hiking, picnics, camping, hunting, and trout fishing. Kokee State Park has many trails, including some that that run along the rim of Waimea Canyon. It is also an wonderful area for bird watching and studying the native insects and plants.
