Kauai National Wildlife Refuge Complex

Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge The Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge is a 917 acre bird sanctuary established in 1972 on the north shore of Kauai.

Huleia National Wildlife Refuge
The Huleia National Wildlife Refuge on the southeast side of Kauai, adjacent to the Menehune Fish Pond, is a sanctuary for endangered wetland birds.

Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge
The 203 acre Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1985 after the property was transferred from the United States Coast Guard. It is located on the rugged northern tip of Kauau.
