Ahukini State Recreation Pier
Kauai, Hawaii

Ahukini State Recreation Pier is a cement pier with a wooden walkway that is located on Hanamaulu Bay, where the Hanamaulu Stream flows into the ocean. Hanamaulu Bay and the Ahukini Pier are located ear Lihue, on the southeast coast of Kauai. The pier has beautiful views of Hanamaulu Bay and it is a popular spot for fishing. The pier is in a marine area protected by the state of Hawaii, and because of that, there are strict regulations on spear fishing, net fishing, and crab netting.

The Ahukini Per is located off of Kuhio Highway at the end of Ahukini Road. Kuhio Highway is Highway 56 and Ahukini Road is Highway 570.
