Sam Choy Cookbooks

A collection of cookbooks written by world famous Hawaiian chef Sam Choy.

Sam Choy is a popular chef, restaurant owner, newspaper columnist, cookbook author, and television personality in Hawaii. In 1991 he founded the Sam Choy Poke Festival on the Big Island of Hawaii and in 2004 he was awarded the James Beard Foundation Award for his Kaloko restaurant in Kailua Kona.
