Queen Liliuokalani Books

Queen Lydia Liliuokalani. She was overthrown before
her reign ended, and not long after that Hawaii was
annexed by the United States.
Princess Kaiulani Books
Six books about the life of Princess Victoria Kaiulani, the last crown princess of
Hawaii. Princess Kaiulani is considered a tragic princess because her mother
died when she was a child, she saw the Hawaiian Kingdom overthrown,
and she died at the tender age of 23. Three of these six books were written
for children or young adults.
