Big Island of Hawaii

Rainbow Falls is located near Hilo on the east coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.

You are most likely to see rainbows at Rainbow Falls in the morning, when the the shines directly on the falls. You can walk to the top of the falls, but do not try to jump into the pool. People have been badly injured when they tried it.
