Fred Livingston, the owner of Don Ho's Island Grill, is opening a new restaurant in the Aloha Tower Marketplace in Honolulu. The restaurant will be called the "Tower Grill" and it will be located in the space formerly occupied by the Big Island Steak House. The new restaurant will have a Hawaiian plantation theme and interiors will be designed by the DKKY Architecture Studio. The new Tower Grill will serve both lunch and dinner and it is expected to open in September of 2006.
