2006 is the 25th year of the Volcano Arts Center's Hula Kahiko, a series of traditional hula and chant performances which take place on a platform overlooking the Kilauea Crater in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island of Hawaii. The one hour performances begin at 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. and they are followed by craft demonstrations at the Volcano Arts Center.
